To order a search either select the 'Order now' button to the right hand side of the product. Alternatively, select the 'How to order' button which will elaborate on further details in the ordering process

From the My Searches landing page, please select the search order ID you wish to query. You will be directed to the Search ID Order Summary page. To raise a query and/or add additional information and/or products to your order, select the button named Raise query/Add information located at the bottom of the page under Search Order communication history. When raising a query, you can view responses in the Search Order communication history section by clicking the collapsible + sign.
